Although there is space for communication in every apartment, in the vast majority of cases we tend not to give it the attention it deserves. Such a solution, however, may be surprising in the long run, because we are dealing with a place that can serve as a business card for the whole of our home.

Fortunately, changing this state of affairs is neither difficult nor expensive. It is enough that we put into practice a few tricks known to interior designers, and our hallway will become a room where we will let our guests into without shame. One of the most interesting solutions in this context seems to be panels - modern, resistant to damage and various types of dirt, functional and visually attractive.

What makes the presence of panels in the hallway seem fully justified is their practicality. Wallpapers are solutions which very quickly start to grey and then yellow, and if we paint the walls with paint, we must be aware that regular refreshing them will become a necessity, which will be difficult to prevent. It is not without significance, however, that the hallway is usually the part of the place where it is the coldest.

Wall panels in the hallway

Panels are not only a decorative element, but also an additional, exceptionally effective thermal insulation, which also speaks in favour of their interest. We cannot underestimate the fact that we are dealing with relatively cheap solutions. Their installation can be entrusted to specialists, but if you want to do it yourself, we can be sure that we will be able to meet this task.

Wooden, veneered and laminated panels

Many people approach wall panels with some mistrust, but it cannot be otherwise, since they associate them primarily with wooden panelling, which some time ago went down in history. Fortunately, no one orders us to return to this problematic solution, especially since lightweight panels, surprising with their shapes, work much better in a modern hallway. Of course, the most elegant are wooden panels, but not everyone can afford them. Fortunately, we can talk about at least a few alternative solutions, among which the veneer deserves special attention - thin wood panels, which can be obtained by cutting or peeling. Such panels are usually used individually, but nothing prevents them from being combined into large formats. Once again, our imagination is the only limit.
